Do you know how it feels to drive a 30-year-old car? You may. But you may not know how it feels when you drive a 30-year-old Trabant originated from the ex East Germany. The car is small, uncomfortable, weakly equipped, loud, slow and is powered by a two-stroke engine. Despite this, many people do like and still drive these funny cars made out of paper in Hungary. Do you ask why? The answer is simple. You shouldn't expect the power and the speed, because if you do, you are going to be disappointed. What you should expect is the noise of the engine and the amazing driving experience that you've never felt before. The facts: many drivers insist on their Trabants and they would not swap it for anything! One of ourmostly booked activities is the Trabant driving. This cannot just be accidental.

Pilis mountains tour (5-6 hours):

Expect a nice 1,5 hour drive on country roads and serpentines to the highest point of the Pilis mountains where we enjoy the breath-taking view of the Danube river flowing in the valley. Here we switch drivers and drive to the restaurant. After lunch a 1-hour drive follows back to town.

Tour includes a 3-course meal in a family restaurant by a fishing lake.

Szentendre tour (4-5 hours):

Expect a 1 hour drive to Szentendre city. This picturesque baroque town is the home of many artists with its zigzagging little streets and friendly cafés by the River Danube. Here we switch drivers and drive to the restaurant. After lunch a 1-hour drive follows back to Budapest.
